The Company does not guarantee round-the-clock availability of the Site and Services and may refuse use of the Site in case of breach of the Agreement. 2.3. The Company grants Users a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Site. It is prohibited to copy/modify the Site’s content and software, create derivative programs, or penetrate the software to obtain non-public information. 2.4. By accepting the Agreement, the User warrants that the data provided is accurate, that the Agreement is entered into voluntarily, that the User has reviewed its terms and holds the necessary rights and powers. 2.5. The User undertakes to review the current version of the Agreement on their own. 3. Role of the Company and Liability 3.1. The Company is a technology aggregator (intermediary) providing the Site to connect Customers and Specialists. The Company does not provide the services under Orders, is not an employer of Specialists, is not a party to the transaction between Customer and Specialist or their agent, and is not liable for the outcome, quality, timing or legality of the Specialists’ works/services. 3.2. The Company is not a payment agent in the settlements for an Order between Customer and Specialist and is not liable for non-payment. The Company provides a facility for mutual Reviews. 3.3. The Company verifies information provided by a Specialist only for compliance with the Agreement, and the registration data of legal entities; otherwise it does not verify the accuracy of information (except where necessary to perform its obligations). 3.4. Users independently assess the lawfulness of their use of the Site, including under the law of their country of residence, and bear full responsibility for their acts/omissions. 3.5. The User is responsible for the accuracy, currency and completeness of the data provided and for safeguarding their credentials (e-mail/phone + password/sms-code). The Company is not liable for the consequences of unauthorised third-party access to the User’s credentials. 3.6. In case of breach, the Company may: temporarily restrict access (with notice of the reasons and period); upon repeated or serious breach — block the Account with notice. A blocked User undertakes not to create new accounts to circumvent the block; the blocked User’s data is processed to monitor compliance with this prohibition for the period established by law (a proportionate period). 4. Independent Status of the Specialist 4.1. The Specialist is an independent contractor, acting in their own name and at their own risk. This Agreement does not create any employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship between the Company and the Specialist. The Specialist independently decides whether to accept an Order and may decline Orders; independently determines the terms, timing and manner of performance; may provide services through other platforms and directly (no exclusivity); uses their own means; and receives from the Company no wages or other payments characteristic of an employment relationship. 4.2. The Specialist bears sole responsibility for the payment of all taxes in connection with the services provided, as well as for holding all licences and permits required by law for their activity (for licensed professions) and, where applicable, professional liability insurance. 5. Registration of Roles 5.1. On registration the Customer provides first name, last name, e-mail, phone number, optionally a photograph, and sets a password. The Customer must not provide their Contact Details in the Order or the Chat before Confirmation of the Transaction. 5.2. A Specialist that is a natural person provides on registration first name, last name, e-mail, phone number, uploads a photograph and payment card data (to pay the Company Services via Stripe), and other requested information. 5.3. A Specialist that is a legal entity provides country of registration, registration number, registered address, company name, tax number, VAT number, and the representative’s and payment card data. A Manager and Employees may be registered under one legal entity; the legal entity is responsible for their actions. 5.4. The Specialist may upload licences, certificates, diplomas and other documents. The Company may, but is not obliged to, request and check them. Copies of documents are not publicly available; only the document’s title and issue date become public. A verification mark means solely that the document was actually provided as a scan and that it was issued in the name of the person registered in the relevant profile. The mark does not constitute confirmation or a guarantee by the Company as to the authenticity, validity or currency of the document or the Specialist’s qualifications. The Customer assesses the Specialist independently and at their own risk. 5.5. The Specialist’s account undergoes verification. The Specialist must not disclose their Contact Details before Confirmation of the Transaction; in case of breach, the Company Service is deemed rendered and payable. 6. Company Services and Payment 6.1. The Company provides Specialists with access to Orders and promotion, and Customers with finding Specialists. The Site is free for Customers; the Company Services are paid for by the Specialist. 6.2. The cost of the Company Services is public (https://findpro.com.cy/en/specialist/prices), stated in euro, and paid on a prepayment basis via Stripe. The Service is deemed rendered at the moment the Customer Confirms the Transaction (and also upon placement of advertising/a Review at the User’s initiative). 6.3. Payment for the Specialist’s services themselves is made directly between the Customer and the Specialist outside the Platform; the Company does not participate in these settlements. 6.4. The User, at their own expense, resolves disputes and third-party claims regarding the performance of Orders and indemnifies the Company for losses (including legal costs and authority fines) arising from their acts/omissions or the information they post (indemnity). 7. Chat and Messages 7.1. After registration the User can exchange messages with other Users and the Administration. The Company does not analyse the content of the correspondence; access to correspondence is possible only when handling complaints and for the security of the Platform, and in cases provided by law. 7.2. It is prohibited to use the Chat to pass Contact Details before Confirmation of the Transaction, to send spam, or to upload unlawful, harmful, offensive content or content infringing third-party rights. The Administration may delete messages that breach the Agreement. 8. Prohibited Services and Goods 8.1. Specialists must not offer, and Customers must not order, services/goods prohibited or restricted under the law of the Republic of Cyprus and the EU, including but not limited to: narcotic and psychotropic substances and their precursors; weapons, ammunition, explosives and their parts; erotic services and adult content; gambling, financial pyramids and fraudulent financial schemes; counterfeit payment instruments; malware and unauthorised-data-access services; medicines and restricted substances; tobacco and alcohol without the corresponding right; fabrication of reviews and metrics manipulation; and any goods or services for which the User does not hold the required licence/permit. 8.2. Upon detecting a breach, the Company may act under clause 3.6 (restriction/blocking) and, in cases provided by law, pass information to the competent authorities. 9. Informed Choice and Special Terms 9.1. By choosing a Specialist that is a natural person (a private specialist), including on the basis of a lower price, the Customer confirms that they understand and accept the risks of dealing with a private specialist, including possible differences in licensing, insurance and scope of liability compared with companies. The Customer assesses and selects the Specialist independently and at their own risk. 9.2. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the software. The Company is not liable for the acts of third parties, for indirect losses and lost profit, or for goods/services provided by Users (other than those expressly stated as provided by the Company). 9.3. The Company’s pecuniary liability to a User is limited to the amount actually received by the Company for the relevant Service from that User. 9.4. Rights to the Site, software, design, databases, domain names, logos and the FindPro trademarks belong to the Company. Reverse engineering, copying the design, automated scraping of Site data, and use of the Company’s intellectual property without written consent are prohibited. By posting user content, the User grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for the operation of the Site. 9.5. User support may be provided with the assistance of an AI assistant, which provides informational support and does not take decisions on Orders, disputes or claims; such matters are handled by the Company’s staff. The User is informed when interacting with artificial intelligence and may request to be served by a human at any time. 9.6. Notices are sent to the User by e-mail, through the Site Services or by another indicated means. 10. Amendment of the Agreement 10.1. The Company may amend the Agreement where there is a valid reason (change of law; introduction, modification or discontinuation of Site features; security requirements; changes to prices or the terms of the Company Services). Changes take effect upon publication of the current version at https://findpro.com.cy/en/user-agreement, stating the date, and do not have retroactive effect. The User undertakes to review the current version periodically; continued use of the Site after publication of changes constitutes acceptance. If the User does not agree, they cease using the Site and may delete the account. 10.2. The Company makes reasonable efforts to remedy malfunctions but does not guarantee their absence. 11. Governing Law and Disputes 11.1. Relations between the Company and Users are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. 11.2. Disputes are resolved by negotiation; failing agreement, by the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus. 11.3. This Agreement is the entire agreement between the User and the Company regarding use of the Site and supersedes prior agreements on its subject. The Company is not liable for third-party sites linked from the Site. FINDPROEASY SERVICES LIMITED, Republic of Cyprus. Effective date: 8 July 2026
